Based upon King Tut’s bed from the Metropolitan Museum of Art ( NY ) exhibit in 1970.  Barrett had the great furniture designer Terry Slade create a cocktail table. Carved in poplar wood with an insert of glass, finished in antiqued walnut color with gilt and pumice trim.   Hand carved.  Made in the USA circa 1970s.  Condition:  Very Good.  21”H x 54”W x 30”D
